We had a lovely experience. We loved the hotel, it was good value and had incredible location short walk to beach and sea front, Newquay, Padstow, Truro and further afield and Perranporth and Watergate Bay.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, just a few yards from the beach and a short walk into the town center. It's also conveniently situated on a peaceful street with a bus stop right outside, providing easy access to various destinations. The staff at this hotel were nice and friendly, always ready to help in any way they could. They even went above and beyond by returning a left-behind iPad to the guest by post. Excellent customer service! The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident, with a double and single bed on the dusty corridor floor and a kingsize bed on the top floor. The option to order our evening meal at breakfast time was a great time-saving feature, ensuring that we didn't have to wait long for our food to come at the restaurant, which is also a plus.

Minor maintenance issues in some areas of the hotel could be improved.

We were in a peaceful location within walking distance of Sainsbury's.

The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, with the Waterworld Leisure Centre just a short walk away.

The twin room had all the amenities I needed and I would definitely stay here again for 2 days.

Compact and beautifully decorated units with a double and single bed. The decent location for the price, short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches, the stops, and a taxi.

Magnificent location not too far from Blue Reef Aquarium. Also, close to beach. Comfy bed in double room with an electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board. Lovely bedrooms, caring staff.

The unit we got was good-sized with walk in shower and 2 bedrooms.

We had a fantastic week at a hotel in Cornwall. The minute we stepped onto the coach, the sun came out and it stayed sunny throughout our stay. The hotel staff were great and the meals and entertainment were top-notch. We even got a free trip to St Ives and the Cidar Farm, which made for a great day out. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily walk to everything.

The hotel could use a good refurbishment, as it was not as clean as it should have been. We also experienced a shortage of staff during breakfast when a coach party arrived.

The units are newly remodelled with a bath. The location is marvellous, 1 km from a sized zoo.

There is a wide range of good food for breakfast. The room is beautifully decorated with tea making facilities and bunk beds plus bedrooms.
